Default Holiday recipe Submission

I've lost the issue with the rrequest for Thanksgiving side dishes taking less than 30 minutes. I have one that we use all season using butternut squash. The recipe is forgiving so adjust at will:

2 cups peeled, seeded and cubed butternut squash.
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced.
2 slices turkey bacon, diced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

In large pan, cook turkey bacon till crisp, set aside. Add olive oil to pan and saute pepper, onion and garlic till soft, 3 -4 minutes. Add cubed squash, bacon and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook on low until squash is tender, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
